P A R A D I S E D U P L E X

Tasked with reinvigorating an existing facade, key components of the design was to utilise structure to create architecture, provide privacy without restricting views towards the river and introduce a more textured material palette.

A strong horizontal language, arched structural elements, planters and curated material palette of brick, stone, rough render & timber have been employed to harness the local character and make a noteable contribution to the streetscape.

Construction to commence 2023.
